From my experience, they are very quick at responding to emails.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Shangri-La is <strong>one of the few luxury hotel brands that offers a loyalty program<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The program is very\u00a0<strong>simple<\/strong> : you earn points and redeem them for free awards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>To ensure that you are always getting the best deal, Shangri-La guarantees that the room rates on its website are the <strong>lowest publicly available<\/strong> on the Internet. The group&#8217;s loyalty program is mainly of interest to travelers who frequently visit Asia (where the bulk of its hotels are located).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>GC Award\u00a0Points will <strong>expire\u00a0on an annual basis<\/strong>, up to three calendar years (1 January to 31 December) after the end of the membership calendar year of accrual.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The
