Sorry you were disappointed with your stay. We had 2 stays in February 2014 and both were superb – obviously we were not bumped and there was no renovation going on. My SO was sick during one of the visits and the who;e staff went above and beyond in making sure that was made comfortable. Wonderful service for us. Hope you can return with better results
