The last time, there was a young staff by the lifts and he would remember which floor the guests were on and would press the appropriate floor button for you! Truly impressive! And we had a lovely English afternoon tea experience in the lounge by the few shops off the main lobby. All sky lit with palms and wicker chairs. A rather colonial experience!
