Unfortunately no. Elite membership perks can only be enjoyed when you book directly with Marriott.

I just achieved Lifetime Gold status. I thought it would be fun to add up all the costs of my travel and hotel over the years to see what it cost to achieve Lifetime Gold status. I ended up paying over $80,000 in hotel costs alone for Lifetime Gold!
