  1. Top notch video for the Armani Dubai Hotel, and for the entire review of Dubai’s luxury hotels in general. I am inspired to visit again Dubai, as I last visited in 1990 and 1991. Obviously, much has changed since then. I do offer one critique, though. At approximately 14:15, you capture yourself in the video as you pass the mirror in your hotel room. It’s a cinematography faux pas that is best avoided and detracts from the otherwise professionalism of your videos. Regardless, this video truly makes me want to return tot he Near East soon.
Also, if it ever possible to review the luxury hotels of Seoul, South Korea, or the Business/First Class seating of Korean Air, I would greatly appreciate it.
Thank you again for a wonderful video.

  2. Hello,
    Great video!
Curious if you had any thoughts about the Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort?
    Thanks,
    Mike

  8. In a world where one can choose to go or not go to a certain destination, this is one of them that I would pass!! Not that it isn’t beautiful but it isn’t a place for me to visit.

  9. You hit the nail on the head by listing the Jumeirah Al Qsar! I loved staying there. The Friday brunch was superb! I’d also recommend Grosvenor House on the Marina..

  10. Been this year in Al maha and Armani .
Al maha- old, bad management, bad service, very local service, like a 2 star hotel .
Armani- BEST ! Amazing design, service, food! Unbelievable good!

  11. Our personal preference would be The Palace at One and Only Royal Mirage. The service, the architecture, the space on the beach, and the choice and standard of restaurants are excellent. But Al Maha was also excellent when we stayed. The Four Seasons Jumeirah, One and Only The Palm, and The Burj are also worthy of my top 5. What are your views on The Palace?

  12. Just returned from Grosvenor House and what a lovely place. The staff there really made our stay. The Club Lounge is a nice place to relax with drinks and nibble. We have also stayed at The Four Seasons and The Park Hyatt. The service at Grosvenor House topped them both. Facilities at The Four Seasons are great, but the service was not up to the legendary status the brand is known for.

  13. Dubai never fails to amaze! Anyone that wants to visit and experience Dubai, Burj Al Arab is definitely a good choice. Thank you for sharing!

  14. Ive been to Dubai four times now four times now and every single time I’ve stayed in a Grosvenor House residence, its my favoured hotel in the world, it does not break the bank, is in a great location and the food is simply amazing. It is Marriott so the sister hotel (Royal Meridian) is also accessible, where you have a private beach and even more resteraunts, definitely a place to check out: it is higher rated on Tripadvisor than these hotels also!

  15. This is a fantastic resource, thank you for sharing! I’m particularly interested in the more cultural experiences, such as the Jumeirah Mosque and the Dubai Museum.
