Although always avoidable, packing mishaps are easily made and they can range from inconvenient occurrences (e.g. traveling to the Maldives without your beachwear) to disastrous events (arriving at the airport without your passport or discovering you left the country without your wallet)<\/p>\n<p class=\"subheader\">So, it&#8217;s always helpful to have a list with travel essentials you may want to pack for your vacation. To help you pack well every time, I have created packing the &#8216;ultimate&#8217; packing checklists (one for men and one for women), which can serve as a reference as to what to pack, whether you are planning an international holiday, a weekend getaway, or even a long-term, around-the-world adventure.<\/p>\n<p class=\"subheader\"><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h5><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/turkeyalwan.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/packing-checklist-for-men2.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Packing checklist for men<\/a><\/strong><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/turkeyalwan.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/packing-checklist-for-women.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Packing checklist for women<\/a><\/strong><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you are traveling to a destination abroad, the most important thing to keep in mind is your passport, visas, and vaccinations. Make sure that your passport is up to date, has as least six months of validity, and has enough blank pages for any stamps. Also, give yourself plenty of time to apply for any visas that you might need and arrange for a visit to a travel clinic if any special medications or vaccines are needed. Also, always travel with a copy of your passport, credit card, and bank contacts, as well as a list of medications and your emergency contacts.<\/p>\n<p>Do you think I forgot an item in my packing checklists?
