I had stayed at your hotel (in Ritz Carlton – Hong Kong) on 1st July 2017. my room no was 11319 name: Prasanth Dev Thankappan

During the stay:

My card was swiped 2 times during my stay:
1. 1st on 1st July 2017 for HKD 8000 as security deposit

2. On 2nd July my card was swiped for HKD 5940 as hotel payments

But, both the amounts are debited from my credit card and i have been charged 8000+5940 = 13940HKD in my card
