I flew with Air France onboard a Boeing 777 equipped with the carrier&#8217;s newest Business Class cabin with sliding doors (I&#8217;ll publish my trip report &amp; video of this phenomenal product in October). My friends booked a Business Class ticket onboard an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.airbelgium.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Air Belgium<\/a> Airbus A330neo and I asked them to take some videos &amp; photos of their onboard experience (I believe they did a pretty good job, so kudos to them). Air Belgium is Belgium&#8217;s second largest airline (after Brussels Airlines) and has a fleet of 5 Airbus A330s, including two relatively new Airbus A330neos (which were originally destined to be delivered to the bankrupt German airline Air Berlin). Air Belgium currently flies scheduled passenger service between Brussels and Southern Africa (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Windhoek and Mauritius) but also operates charter flights on behalf of other airlines, such as British Airways and LOT Polish Airlines. As you can read below, the carrier offers a solid Business Class product, which is in fact much better than the one offered by Belgium&#8217;s flag carrier Brussels Airlines.<\/p>\n<p>Have you ever flown with Air Belgium? DIAMOND LOUNGE AT BRUSSELS AIRPORT<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Air Belgium does not have its own lounge at Brussels Airport. Instead, the airline gives its Business Class passengers access to the Diamond Lounge, a contract lounge located one floor above the main concourse. \u00a0The lounge is basically one big room divided in two separate spaces by the reception area in the center. One space features a stylish bar area, while the other space has a buffet station (with a decent selection of food &amp; beverages). Dozens of comfortable seats are available in both spaces, with large windows offering a good view of the aircraft and airport\u2019s apron.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_286959\" BUSINESS CLASS CABIN<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Air Belgium\u2019s Airbus A330neo aircraft features one Business Class cabin at the front of the cabin with 30 lie-flat seats. Behind this are 21 Premium Economy Class seats, with another 235 Economy Class seats at the aircraft&#8217;s rear. This gives a total passenger capacity of 286.<\/p>\n<p>The carrier has chosen to install Solstys-style, fully lie flat seats in its Business Class cabin. The seats are spread over 8 rows and arranged in a 1-2-1 layout, with all seats facing forward and offering direct aisle access. The window seats are solo seats, and they alternate between seats closer to the window (which offer more privacy) and seats closer to the aisle (which are more exposed). The seats in the center of the plane are paired seats, alternating between &#8216;honeymoon&#8217; seats (seats next to each other with a divider which can be raised or lowered) and seats separated by a console. The middle pair and window seats have a few inches\/cm more length in bed mode compared to their aisle counterparts. This is a similar product like the one you find on <a href=\"https:\/\/turkeyalwan.net\/2017\/01\/18\/trip-report-iberia-a330-business-class-madrid-to-johannesburg\/\">Iberia<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/turkeyalwan.net\/2014\/11\/12\/flight-review-emirates-business-class-airbus-a380\/\">Emirates<\/a> (A380 aircraft), Qantas, Asiana, and Thai Airways.<\/p>\n<p>Air Belgium\u2019s Business Class cabin has a clean, stylish but somewhat sterile look. The color palette varies from white (cabin walls) to soft grey (seat shells, tray tables, and bedding) to dark grey (seat cushions). sauce<\/li>\n<li>Dessert: Trio of homemade mini-desserts<\/li>\n<li>Cheese platter: selection of Belgian cheeses<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ninety minutes prior landing, a breakfast was served with a choice between two dishes: French Toast with dulce de leche or omelette with roasted tomatoes.<\/p>\n<p>Overall, the service was flawless and the meals tasted great, although my friends did miss some
