Yes, the Park Hyatt Sydney is already a luxury hotel.
And also very cool and minimalist.
But the better view from the Room windows has the luxurious Shangri La Hotel Sydney, which is also much cheaper.

Great post on what is truly an exceptional Sydney hotel. For waterside location it is hard to beat and the new rooftop area just tops it off. An amazing stay for those who can afford it.
