Should the opportunity to travel to Chicago come I highly suggest trying the Langham. I had a business trip in Chicago for 2 weeks and stayed at the Langham on the concierge level. There was a butler available and a full service lounge overlooking the Chicago River which had excellent breakfast, afternoon tea and a cocktail hour (several hours) with appetizers that were fabulous.

In reply to Steve Stubbings.I did use their car service once during my stay and from what I remember (my stay was two years ago), there was no problem with availability. Enjoy your stay!

In reply to the Luxury Travel Expert.Thank you for the quick response!I will definitely take a look at Virtuoso and take advantage of the extra perks!It’s great to see you travel effectively, efficiently and elegantly.Instead of going on mileage hunt to score first class like others, I see many of the flights are done in business class with comfort but the hotels are always fabulous and stay in suite level or above.Please keep up the good work!

Thank you for your kind comment. They told me it was going to reopen early 2016, but I am sure the hotel staff could give you a more detailed opening date.
