Much more rounded than my list.
I’d rank Vienna over New York, but maybe my return to NY in a couple weeks will sway me back.
Maldives is my #1, but Sydney is booked for next year, and Uluwatu is tentative for 2024.
Ventana is not in my top 10, either.

I would rank the Park Hyatt Zanzibar at the top of my list of favorites, if price is no object, for the architectural beauty, spacious rooms, ocean views, central location and fantastic breakfast buffet. The Park Hyatts in Zurich, Siem Reap & Saigon also would make my top 10. But if I included value in my equation, no question my #1 would be the Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta. It’s a fabulous hotel at a bargain basement price in an area noted for breathtaking cultural sights, great food and numerous outdoor activities.
