To Europe … hands down no contest Lufthansa! My sister lives in ZRH. She always asks me .. why do you fly Lufthansa and have a two hour layover in FRA when you can fly nonstop MIA-ZRH on Swiss? I smile and say … you have to “experience” ALL OF IT once and you’re hooked. The rose at each seat, the First Class Terminal FRA, the collectible LH rubber ducks from the shower room, the private chauffeured Audi, BMW, Porsche from F/CTerminal to your plane. The OUTSTANDING inflight crew & service. ALL of it! EVERY LAST DROP. Oh she said.

I too agree the whole package comes into consideration for me – car, lounge, airport, etc.

LH operates an arrival lounge at FRA. FRA is also home to the phenomenal First Class Terminal 🙂

Esp. lounges are very important to me. The Swiss First Lounge in Zurich is an absolute highlight. Zurich is one of few airports (I know) with an arrival lounge. I take such things into account…

If you want another idea: I would be interested in top 10 list Hotels with a Club Level.
