Thx, Michael, for your comment. Unfortunately, I did not see any wildlife when I visited the hotel (early September).

You gave a full view of it beauty. You are right about it being very busy in the summer. I also went in early May and enjoyed lower pricing. It was a perfect time to enjoy the spectacular golf course and scenery! You didn’t mention the elk that roam freely everywhere, including the streets of Banff. People need to only stay clear of them during the rutting season which is from April to the end of May when the male elk could charge you if you are too close to a female they are eyeing. The late September to October time is also a wonderful time for lower pricing and you are still able to enjoy the golf course and outdoor amenities. I also heard from friends that it a fun to stay over at the Banff Spring Hotel for an old fashion Christmas but can get expensive. I am lucky enough to be able to put my wonderful photographs of Banff on acrylic prints up in my living room to remember my stay! They make me feel like I am still there. Great views of Alberta, Canada.

Thanks for the reviews!

Michael
