I guess the restaurant has no clarified butter or eggs because if they did they could whip a decent hollandaise easily enough. I can honestly say I do not like the art in this hotel. I am tired of huge faces and celebrity photos. But a great review and youtube exploration.

I was very surprised to hear about the eggs benedict. I guess their service is a step below Aman.

Many thanks for this informative and objective review, I will definitely give this hotel a try. I also always try to order eggs Benedict in good hotels, though it something only the very best hotels do well.
