Unfortunately you miss Indonesia there aren’t any Indonesia destination on your lists, you have to know that Nihiwatu Resort in Sumba chosen as the best hotel in the world 2016 & 2017 by Travel & Leisure and Bali as the best destination named by TripAdvisor,
