Today (March 25, 2019): Top 10 best luxury hotels in Prague.
The Czech capital is dubbed “the city of the thousand spires” because of its many historical monuments that have been beautifully preserved and date from practically every period in history. Prague’s most famous attraction are the bridges that cross the Vltava River, especially the amazingly elegant Charles Bridge, but the stunningly beautiful Old Town Square and Prague Castle are equally impressive. Add the cobblestone streets and atmospheric alleyways that zigzag through town, and you know that few other cities delight the senses as much as Prague. Here’s my selection of the best hotels in Prague.
There is more information below the slideshow. Do you have a favorite hotel in Prague that didn’t make my list? Leave a comment or take my poll below.

1. MANDARIN ORIENTAL PRAGUE
A historic hotel deeply immersed in local tradition, Mandarin Oriental Prague is a carefully restored monastery dating back to the 14th century. Though set in the shadows of Prague Castle and surrounded by charming cobbled streets, the hotel offers a decidedly modern experience. I recommend to choose a Deluxe Terrace room for its private patio overlooking a flower garden or a Deluxe Suite for its vaulted ceilings and antique parquet flooring — each has been lovingly restored to preserve its character. The spa is the only one in the world set in a former chapel; under its glass floor, you can view remnants of an even earlier Gothic church.
