I think the Intercontinental Hong Kong (used to be The Regent and I think is about to be again) probaly has the best lobby with a view

I would include Mandarin Oriental Tokyo, Siam Kempinski Bangkok and also Ritz Carlton Al-Wady, UAE.

Interesting post, I have stayed at 5 of the above-mentioned hotels including your nr 1 Aman Tokyo. I can´t say I liked their lobby, I found it boring in colour and overstuffed with furniture. But there are two hotels on your list which are definitely my favorites in general and when it comes to lobby – George V and Raffles Singapore. I would also put on this list Lotte New York Palace for their incredible staircase, The Langham Hong Kong and of course Le Negresco in Nice 🙂
